As of februari 2018, we are working together with Alpharetta (GA) based service provider Actemium INP North America, Inc. for better supporting our North- and South-American customers.
Merco trained U.S. based service technicians and service engineers are at our customer’s disposal to help solving both electrical, mechanical as well as PLC-related issues.
Being equipped with the latest PLC software, our service partner is familiar with our PLC programs, and can remote access our customer’s machine(s) to allow fast troubleshooting, if of course permission to do so is granted by our customer.
This will allow a fast and professional service in case of malfunctions or production breakdowns.
This service is available 24/7, and during office hours (7 am to 6 pm E.T.), our customers will reach a contact person directly. Furthermore, there will be a call forwarding to a designated cellphone number, to reach a designated employee or the service department.
The call can also be transferred directly to Merco in some cases.
